Job description

We are seeking a compassionate individual with great communication and people skills .

The position available is a part time Receptionist/CSR. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of our veterinary clinic. Duties:

- Greet clients and pets in a friendly and professional manner, providing a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of patient information.
- Assist with medical collection, ensuring that all necessary specimens are collected and prepared for testing.
- Clean and maintain the reception area, including the front desk, waiting room, and restrooms.
- Answer phone calls, text messaging and emails and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and processing payments.
- Collaborate with veterinarians and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

- Help with the sale of requested products and services.

- Be able to lift up to 30lbs.

- Must be available to work afternoons and some Saturdays.

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or in a related role is preferred, but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances is necessary.
