Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Receptionist to support daily front desk operations, coordination activities, and administrative tasks. This role serves as a key communication point between restaurant clients, drivers, and internal staff, ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual Mandarin/English is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities Communication & Coordination
  • Answer and manage incoming calls from restaurant clients
  • Record delivery requirements accurately and relay timely updates
  • Serve as a coordination hub between clients and driver delivery schedules
Financial Support
  • Collect, record, and process daily check payments
  • Prepare and complete bank deposits accurately and on time
Front Desk Operations
  • Greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Handle phone transfers and general front desk inquiries
System & Data Entry
  • Use ERP systems to enter and manage operational data
  • Maintain spreadsheets and records using Microsoft Excel
Administrative Support
  • Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Perform general data entry and document organization as needed
Requirements Skills & Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (basic formulas and data entry)
  • Experience with ERP systems strongly preferred
Experience
  • Background in office administration, logistics coordination, or accounts receivable is a plus
