Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining the overall condition of residential or commercial properties, including completing repairs, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring units and common areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Complete general maintenance and repair work in units and common areas
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry (experience preferred; certifications not required)
  • Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and job sites
  • Communicate with management and residents regarding work orders and timelines
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
  • Document work performed and materials used

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of property maintenance or related experience required
  • Basic experience in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC preferred but not required
