Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for a Project Management Office Group Manager to join our team.
Project Management Office Group Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation and evolution of the Novaspect Project Management Office.
  • Develop project management personnel with individual training plans for application of the Novaspect project methodology.
  • Mentor team members for career development and long-term employment at Novaspect.
  • Conduct regular performance conversations with direct reports.
  • Manage department short- and long-term resource loading plans.
  • Support sales in developing and presenting solution proposals to potential customers.
  • Develop hardware and software specification requirements and solutions for customer applications.
  • Support automation services group with backup project management resources to support customer projects, contracts engagements and requests.
  • Establish and manage engineering group capital budget.
  • Support Novaspect annual business planning process.

Requirements
Project Management Office Group Manager Education & Experience Qualifications:
  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent desired.
  • 10+ years in an engineering field desired.
  • 5+ years of engineering group management or project management experience a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and proven ability to lead a team of highly skilled individuals.

  • Salary Range: $125K - $140K
  • Potential Bonus: 10%
  • The final offer will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in the position.
