Asset Management Coordinator
PIPESTONE | Pipestone, MN
PIPESTONE is seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to support our Asset Management team through data analysis, reporting, CMMS administration, inventory tracking, and financial reconciliation activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating across Operations, Maintenance, and Accounting teams.
What You'll Do:
✅ Analyze maintenance, project, and asset data
✅ Build and maintain Excel reports and dashboards
✅ Support CMMS data management and reporting
✅ Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and reconciliations
✅ Manage inventory tracking and asset records
✅ Help improve workflows and data accuracy
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas)
