Job description

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused team member to support daily studio operations, drive membership growth, and represent beem® Light Sauna in the community.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inbound and make outbound sales calls during shifts, including timely follow-up via calls, texts, and emails
  • Establish new and maintain existing business-to-business (B2B) relationships to drive referrals and partnerships
  • Attend grassroots and community events as an ambassador of beem®, promoting brand awareness and membership opportunities
  • Handle front desk operations: guest check-in, phone inquiries (sales & general), new memberships, account updates, and delinquent account procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and automated communication systems
  • Maintain studio cleanliness during operating hours (reception, saunas, light rooms, restrooms, showers, laundry)
  • Reset sauna suites and light rooms between sessions (sanitizing, towels, room preparation)
  • Assist with towel care, supply restocking, light maintenance, organization, and trash/recycling removal

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, wellness, fitness or a related field required
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills with a desire to grow memberships and services
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with outbound sales calling, relationship-building, and community engagement
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Can work Part-Time (25 - 30 hours/week) or Full-Time (30+ hours/week), including weekends and some holiday's.
