About the Role:
Two Maids - West Hartford is looking for a Part Time Office Sales Manager!Retail experience is a great fit!
*We are looking for someone who likes to talk to customers and is able to manage people and a schedule

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 12:15 PM in office + 2 hour home (22 hours per week)
  • Location: West Hartford, CT
  • Compensation: $19.00 per hour x 22hrs + Bonus for Sales Goals met

Office Management & Administration
  • Office Opening: Manager will have keys and open office at 8:15AM
  • Phone Management: Professionally answer incoming calls serving as the first impression for Two Maids. Followup with texts
  • Supply Management: Ordering and Inventory
  • Payroll: Pull reports and imput payroll

Client Services & Sales
  • Lead Outreach: Proactively call and follow up with warm leads (inquiries, referrals, past clients) to introduce and sell the value of Two Maids' cleaning services.
  • Service Sales: Articulate the benefits of our various cleaning packages, provide quotes, and close sales with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and coordinate all cleaning appointments for our field team, ensuring optimal routing and client satisfaction.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain a positive, long-term relationship with new and existing Two Maids clients.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service or Sales Experience
  • Employee Management experience
  • Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Complete a Background Check
