We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to maintain efficient office operations and support staff across all departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, foster a positive office culture, and contribute to overall organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Oversight: Manage daily office operations, including A/P, A/R, collection, supply management, and customer/vendor relations. 
  • Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between departments, organize workflow of necessary documentation and ensure staff members are informed of updates and deadlines. 
  • Budget and Financial Management: Develop and monitor office budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. 
  • Human Resources Support: Assist with documentation for onboarding, training, and maintaining employee records; support payroll and compliance with labor laws.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally. 
  • Document and Records Management: Organize and maintain both physical and digital company documents. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to
  • streamline office workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including email tools and Excel spreadsheets. As well as Quick Books and Payroll processing software experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively 
  • Leadership qualities with patience and sound judgment to handle diverse office situations 


Work Environment

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for special projects.
