Location: Springfield, MA Metro Area

Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks (QuickBooks Desktop experience required; QuickBooks Online experience is a plus)
  • Experience processing payroll
  • Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a busy office
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
