MCS is seeking a passionate, dynamic Director of Residential Services to oversee and inspire excellence across 19 community-based group homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a rare opportunity to shape lives, build teams, and ensure that services not only meet - but exceed - the highest standards of care and compliance.
The Director of Residential Services will provide leadership, high-level oversight, and strategic direction to ensure quality, compliance, and compassion are at the forefront of everything we do. You'll supervise a team of program leaders and support staff, maintain regulatory standards, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading operations and oversight for 19 residential group homes
  • Supporting and developing a team of professionals to deliver person-centered services
  • Ensuring full compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations (including DDS licensure and accreditation)
  • Monitoring quality outcomes and service satisfaction, and using data to identify areas for improvement
  • Managing budgets, staffing, and program resources efficiently and effectively
  • Fostering meaningful relationships with individuals served families, staff, and community stakeholders
  • Collaborating across departments and participating in strategic planning at the organizational level
  • Serving as a key contributor to agency leadership

Qualifications
