Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs and circumstances of clients, developing tailored therapeutic strategies based on the findings.
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care encompassing the physical, emotional, and social aspects of healing.
  • Maintain precise clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain at the forefront of mental health best practices and research.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Mental Health Counselor will engage with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, many of whom face significant barriers to receiving appropriate psychological support. Our team is particularly focused on serving populations experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as those affected by substance use disorders.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
