Position Summary

The Remote Administrative Assistant provides administrative and organizational support by managing schedules, maintaining records, coordinating communications, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-focused, and capable of handling multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and internal teams.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling requests.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and digital records.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and internal communications professionally.
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems.
  • Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business documents.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks between departments.
  • Monitor and organize files, invoices, records, and other business documentation.
  • Assist with customer and vendor communications when needed.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and provide status updates.
