Responsibilities

  • Manage daily student attendance, tardies, dismissals, and family communication.
  • Maintain attendance data and weekly reports using DeansList and PowerSchool.
  • Manage front-office operations, including phones, visitors, and office organization.
  • Assist with payroll, purchasing, enrollment, and student transfers.
  • Manage supplies and uniform inventory.
  • Communicate important information to students and families.
  • Support school events and the Operations Team.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Comfortable with databases and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • School environment experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
