HR Office Assistant

Advance Your Career Today! Looking for a bilingual HR Office Assistant with a strong background in customer service, computer skills, and administration in the Soledad area! If you love and have experience in working with employees, administration and customer service this position is perfect for you! This role supports daily administrative and human resources functions, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining employee records, and assisting with onboarding activities. Will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and job applicants while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements: 1 - 2 years minimum of experience with office and administration Bilingual - Spanish and English Great customer service and assistance Confidentiality Organizational skills Computer skills - Microsoft word, outlook, excel HR Software or applicant tracking systems Pay: $23/hr - $24/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Advance Services is an equal opportunity employer
