Thrive Property Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Office Manager / Leasing Consultant to join our team in Brownstown, IN. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service while helping maintain a successful apartment community.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome prospective residents and provide professional apartment tours.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and online leasing inquiries.
  • Process rental applications and assist new residents through the leasing process.
  • Collect monthly rent and maintain accurate resident records.
  • Build positive relationships with residents and promptly address questions or concerns.
  • Conduct move-out inspections and document apartment conditions.
  • Coordinate apartment turnovers with maintenance staff and outside vendors.
  • Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure excellent resident service.
  • Perform routine property inspections to help maintain curb appeal and identify maintenance needs.
  • Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
  • Complete administrative tasks, maintain organized files, and enter data accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
  • Support the overall success and daily operations of the apartment community.
