ABOUT THIS ROLE

You will work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Possibly more hours as needed. This schedule not only ensures optimal work-life balance but also aligns with our dedication to fostering a productive work environment.

Starting your day with the meticulous scheduling of appointments, you'll ensure our calendar operates seamlessly. Throughout the day, you'll engage with customers over the phone, delivering exceptional service and addressing their inquiries. Collaborating closely with the Office Manager, your responsibilities will span various tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our professional office environment. As an Office Assistant, your role will be integral to our overall success!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PART-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT
