Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part-Time Human Service Worker at our Vantage Point North Center in American Fork, Utah, and make a real impact on the lives of adolescent in short-term crisis care. As a vital part of our Vantage Point North team, you'll work onsite providing direct support, structure, and guidance to male teens ages 12-17 navigating behavioral, emotional, and safety challenges. This fast-paced role gives you the chance to strengthen your skills in behavior intervention while truly helping youth stabilize and succeed. With a competitive pay range of $16.49-$20.90/hour, you'll grow both personally and professionally as a valued member of our team.
