Schedule:Part-time, Mondays
Pay: Starting at $20/HR+ (DOE)
Location: Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center - Grants Pass, OR

Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center is a proud to be a part of the Volare Health network, which operates skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation centers across multiple states, we are committed to providing a warm, welcoming environment for our residents, their families, and our team members.

In this role, you'll make a meaningful impact by contributing to the smooth operations of our facility while enjoying competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately.

  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to visitors and guests.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and maintaining personnel files.

  • Support payroll and accounts payable processes.

  • Handle the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Help with scheduling appointments and transportation for residents.

  • Participate in training, orientation, and educational activities as required.

  • Contribute to Quality Improvement initiatives and team meetings.
