Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls, transferring and routing customers to the appropriate internal resources (roughly 1 min each)Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring professional and timely call handlingPerform basic and minor order entry tasks during periods of lower call volumeSupport the Order Support team during the Microsoft AX to D365 migration and related system transitionsFollow established processes while adapting to new tools and workflows introduced through the Digital TransformationMaintain accuracy and attention to detail while working in multiple systemsEscalate issues appropriately to Order Support 2 or leadership when neededApproximately 80% phone / email supportApproximately 20% basic order entry and administrative supportCompiles, creates and modifies reports using database software of Microsoft Office applicationsOrder entry of customer ordersUse of Microsoft AX and Microsoft 365 for data entry and data collection of customer orders.Administers various programs, projects, and processes under specific department requirements, and generally acts as a resource for the department as a whole.Maintains confidentiality of information, achieves and maintains quality and productivity standards
