Job description

Responsibilities           
  • Professionally administer incoming calls from multi-line phone to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the farm location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
  • Greet guests and employees in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple employee or customer situations simultaneously
  • Handling calls- patience and tact is required.
  • Assist departments with office tasks, including laminating, copying, faxing, emails, etc.
  • Processing ingoing/outgoing USPS mail daily
  • Processing UPS & FedEx shipments
  • Provide routine information to and solicits situation specific information from employees, managers and external relationships and general inquiries. 
  • Maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality.
  • Conduct physical inventory count for office supplies.
  • Administer random drug screenings to employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and feel comfortable communicating with all levels or personnel including senior management
  • HR duties as assigned such as: completion of I9’s, conducting orientations, managing lockers, translations, entering call-offs, and basic Paycom assistance for employees.
  • Assist with Safety committee and other administrative duties for Safety.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum H.S. diploma or GED. 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish Required
  • 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service
  • Computer skills include working knowledge with Microsoft Office and Outlook

Schedule
  • Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
