Job Overview:
As a Door Person, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Meets and greets residents and provides guidance and assistance to meet the needs of residents, tenants and guests.
This is an overnight part time role with the following shifts: Friday & Saturday 11pm-7am
Your Responsibilities:
  • Greet and open the doors for residents
  • Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times
  • Communicate regularly with concierge regarding important resident information
  • Provide directions to local parks, restaurants, airports,
  • Call for taxi, limo service as needed
  • Exhibit a positive and professional attitude and maintain professional appearance as outlined by Association and company policy
  • Proactively assist with packages and
  • Report maintenance or cleaning requirements to management
  • Assist concierge during busy periods and break times, as needed
  • Assist with trash removal as needed
  • Assist with dog walking for residents, as
  • Report all resident concerns and complaints to concierge or management
  • Assist with snow shoveling and ice melt application
  • Assist with placing and removing temporary walk off mats before and after rain and snow events

Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience
  • Valid drivers' license and satisfactory driving record
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Assist with placing and removing temporary walk off mats before and after rain and snow events

  • Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions
  • Ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs

  • The employee is required to work at a personal computer for extended periods of time as well as talking on the phone for extended periods of time
  • Must have the ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
  • Occasional overtime may be required
  • Must have the ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend Board meetings.

Work is performed in a variety of environmental conditions, with exposure to outdoor temperatures, weather variations, traffic and equipment noise, equipment vibrations, vehicle and/or chemical fumes, chemicals such as cleaning solvents and grease, machinery and their moving parts, and dust.
