On-Call DoormanLocation: New York, NYJob Description:

We are seeking an On-Call Doorman to join our team in New York, NY. The On-Call Doorman will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents and guests, ensuring the safety and security of the building, and performing various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist residents with packages, luggage, and other items as needed
  • Monitor and control access to the building
  • Respond to emergencies and security issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and entrance area
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the building management
Requirements:
  • Professional doorman attire (Black Suit, Black Tie)
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
