Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, families, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including buildings, grounds, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and activity across the property, assist with directions and general information, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or environmental issues that could affect daily operations.
• Support a respectful and professional atmosphere at the location during services, visiting hours, and special events by following post orders and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
