Open until FilledApplication Deadline: Open until Filled Performs manual tasks and operate assorted equipment for the assigned department. Responsibilities include maintaining designated City grounds/property, buildings, and structures.
DUTIES: Work responsibilities include but are not limited to: mowing and trimming facility grounds; trash collection; leaf pick-up; preparing for funeral services; minor building and equipment repairs; cleaning restrooms, storage rooms and offices.
REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma (or GED) preferred, with three to six months of experience working with various light equipment; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position. Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position. Age 18+.
SALARY: Pay Grade 30; $15.00 per hour; plus leave time and retirement benefits
WORK HOURS: 35 hours/week Monday - Friday
