Job description

We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member to support daily dealership operations through parts delivery, vehicle movement, lot organization, and general labor tasks. This role plays an important part in keeping the dealership running smoothly and ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment for customers and team members.

This job is a Part Time Monday through Friday position with 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Move vehicles safely within the dealership lot, service areas, and off-site locations as needed
  • Deliver and pick up parts to and from other dealerships and Parts Stores
  • Assist with vehicle pickup and delivery, including transporting vehicles to and from vendors, auctions, and customer locations when assigned
  • Maintain lot appearance by parking vehicles, organizing inventory, and ensuring vehicles are properly arranged
  • Support basic dealership labor tasks such as loading, unloading, cleaning, and general upkeep
  • Assist with vehicle detailing preparation, including washing, vacuuming, and other light cleaning tasks
  • Check vehicles for fuel, damage, and general condition before and after transport
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment
  • Follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety procedures
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, vendors, and team members
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate manual and automatic vehicles preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods as part of daily duties
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
