The company now seeks an experienced, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven executive leader to step into the role of Managing Director, Growth and Operations and guide EFS into its next phase of operational growth, organizational maturity, scalability, and market expansion.
Position Overview
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced operator and growth-oriented leader who can strengthen infrastructure, lead a distributed remote workforce, improve operational scalability, drive revenue growth, and reduce founder dependency while preserving the company’s mission-centered culture.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational leadership, business development, organizational scaling experience, team accountability, strategic growth planning, and emotionally intelligent leadership.
This is not a maintenance-only role. The organization seeks a proactive executive who can stabilize, professionalize, optimize, and grow the business while building systems that support long-term sustainability and operational excellence.
Key Leadership Priorities
• Establish stronger KPI tracking, accountability systems, and operational discipline
• Improve utilization tracking, scheduling optimization, and service delivery consistency
• Develop scalable organizational systems and operational workflows
• Improve inquiry response time, consultation conversion, and admissions processes
• Expand referral partnerships with neuropsychologists, school districts, educational consultants, and advocacy communities
• Improve marketing strategy, website conversion flow, and brand positioning
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, ownership, and mission alignment
• Build leadership depth and reduce operational single points of failure
• Support training, onboarding, coaching consistency, and professional development
• Help transition EFS from a founder-dependent model into a scalable operational organization
Core Responsibilities
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization
• Lead business development, enrollment growth, and revenue expansion initiatives
• Implement KPI reporting and operational performance tracking
• Improve workflow systems, scheduling, utilization management, and service consistency
• Lead a remote, mission-driven workforce with clear accountability standards
• Conduct performance management and coaching conversations as needed
• Monitor operational efficiency and support long-term scalability
• Partner closely with the Founder while progressively reducing founder dependence
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess many of the following qualifications:
• Executive leadership, General Management, or operational leadership experience
• Experience leading remote and/or distributed teams
• Strong business development and revenue growth orientation
• Demonstrated ability to scale service-based organizations
• Experience implementing operational systems and accountability structures
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience within education, coaching, behavioral health, neurodiversity support, special education, or related industries preferred
• Familiarity with ADHD, executive functioning, autism support, or educational advocacy preferred

EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred.
Relevant executive leadership, operational management, sales leadership, business development, education, coaching, behavioral health, or organizational scaling experience strongly valued.
Professional certifications, training, or continuing education related to ADHD, autism spectrum support, executive functioning, neurodiversity, educational advocacy, behavioral health, leadership development, coaching, organizational management, or special education are highly desirable.
Examples may include coursework, certifications, workshops, conference participation, continuing education, coaching credentials, behavioral health training, special education exposure, neurodiversity advocacy involvement, or related professional development.
Compensation
• Part-time leadership role (approximately 25-30 hours/week initially)
• Competitive monthly compensation structure

Reporting Relationship
• Reports directly to the Founder
• Works closely with Operations leadership, coaching Specialist staff, and Administrative team
• Serves as the primary operational and growth leader for the organization
