  • Perform accurate manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of all products to ensure compliance with company, local, and state policies and procedures and product specifications.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure the safety and efficacy of all products.
  • Ensure daily production schedule and goals set by Management/ Supervisor are met.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness of all packaging equipment, production areas, and sanitation practices concerning handling of products according to company procedures; reports any potential contamination to the Supervisor immediately.
  • Document line inefficiencies and downtime to identify issues. Works in conjunction with others to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an accurate and compliant inventory management system.
  • Accurately track all production metrics.
  • Must be able to inspect and detect quality defects.
  • Reporting on low inventory supplies
  • General facility inventory overview
  • Coordinating packaging procedures in relation to facility compliance
  • The use of ladders in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations is required to sustain strict deadlines and guidelines
  • Executing tasks assigned by the Packaging Manager
  • Measuring, packaging, and labeling products as directed by the Packaging Manager
  • Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
  • Set up, break down, and sanitize packaging area as needed and in compliance with Company SOPs
