Job Summary: A Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery to produce pieces or perform specific tasks according to established procedures and quality standards. The Machine Operator ensures the equipment's safe and efficient operation and troubleshoots issues as they arise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and control machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
  • Set up machines before production, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and ensuring the proper calibration of equipment.
  • Monitor the output for quality and consistency, performing inspections, and making necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications.
