  • Prepare bags, labels, pallets, and other packaging materials
  • Inspect filled bags for proper weight, sealing, labeling, and product quality
  • Remove damaged or incorrectly packaged products from the line
  • Stack, palletize, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment
  • Repackage materials when needed
  • Monitor equipment for jams, spills, or other operating issues
  • Report equipment problems or product-quality concerns immediately
  • Keep the production line and surrounding work areas clean and organized
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures
  • Assist with production and general labor duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in industrial packaging, production, manufacturing, or machine operation is strongly preferred
  • Must be comfortable working around automated machinery and production equipment
  • Ability to lift and handle bags or materials weighing up to 55 pounds repeatedly
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift
  • Comfortable working in a hot, dusty, and non-climate-controlled industrial environment
  • Must be available for rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
  • Must be extremely punctual, dependable, and able to maintain consistent attendance
  • Reliable transportation to the Baytown worksite is required
  • Ability to read and follow labels, safety instructions, and operating procedures
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to work independently and keep pace with production requirements
  • Must meet all pre-employment and site-access requirements
Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in plastic resin, chemical packaging, petrochemical operations, manufacturing, production lines, bagging machines, or Form, Fill, and Seal equipment are strongly encouraged to apply.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in an industrial facility.
