Packer / Machine Operator – $16–$17/hr

Location: Batavia, IL

We are hiring Packer / Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Batavia. This is an easy-to-learn position with training provided. No previous experience is required!

Pay & Shifts

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | $16.00/hr
  • 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $17.00/hr
  • 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends


Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor a packing machine
  • Pack finished products into boxes
  • Inspect products for quality
  • Prepare and stack boxes for shipment
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Follow safety and production procedures


Requirements

  • Able to stand for a 12-hour shift
  • Able to lift up to 15–20 lbs
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • No previous experience required – training provided
