Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail oriented and dependable machine operator to work in our growing assembly department. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a growing company. Previous lead experience a plus.


Shifts:

Weeknights - Monday thru Thursday 5pm to 3:30am

Weekends - Friday thru Sunday 6am to 6pm


Responsibilities/Qualifications

· Organizing jobs to be run for the day

· Following job instructions

· Quality control

· Prepping materials for jobs

· Running orders on the automatic packager

· Leading small teams on assembly and packing of orders

· Execute work flow


Other skills: Strong mathematical aptitude. Attention to detail (grammar, spelling, color, etc.) and quality a must. Ability to work independently.

· Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

· Willingness to work while standing most of the day

· Ability to lift 30-40 pounds at times

· Machine operating experience

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

· High school diploma/GED required


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour Based on Experience
