Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making. Collaboration & Interaction: Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision.
Entry Specialist (Hourly)
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to interpret safety instructions, job orders, quality specifications, and other related documents.
  • Good written and verbal communication, and basic math skills.
  • Strong math and mechanical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to contribute as part of a team.
  • Positive can-do attitude.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in high-noise areas and wear appropriate hearing protection devices.
  • Manual material handling involving the need to grip, squeeze, and pinch.
  • Ability to use a hard tined rake to move/break apart parts frequently.
  • The position requires the ability to regularly stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and regularly lift/push/pull/carry up to 50
