Job description

Package Machine Operator (Night Shift) - Buda, TX

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

AHI Supply is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our production team as a Package Machine Operator (Night Shift) at our Buda manufacturing facility.

This position is responsible for operating packaging equipment, monitoring production processes, maintaining product quality, and supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing operation. If you enjoy hands-on work and want an opportunity with a stable, growing company, we encourage you to apply.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
  • Average of 50 hours per week
  • Overtime available
  • Must be available to work Saturdays as needed based on production schedules and business demands

What You'll Do

  • Operate machinery used to blend, fill, package, and stack bagged cement products
  • Monitor production lines and address issues such as jams, material loss, and packaging defects
  • Move raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the production area
  • Inspect products and packaging materials to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain accurate production counts and records
  • Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Communicate equipment, quality, and safety concerns to supervisors
