Production & Packaging Associate (Tier 2)Shift Timings: 10 PM to 6:30 AMAltavista, VA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production & Packaging Associate to support manufacturing operations. This role involves working with raw and finished products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect raw and finished products for quality standards

  • Label and package products accurately

  • Maintain production and quality records in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

  • Follow clean-room procedures as required

  • Adhere to safety and company policies

  • Work under moderate supervision and follow standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience a plus

  • Ability to stand for long periods & lift up to 25 lbs

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
