Job description

Join the forefront of e-commerce distribution as a Warehouse Order Packer with Candidate Source! We're actively seeking candidates for an immediate start in Ashland, VA. This role is 40 hours per week and offers weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Available to work from 9am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday)
  • Print labels and pack product for shipment
  • Maintain a brisk pace to meet and exceed productivity targets.
  • Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory and fulfill orders.
  • Collaborate with a committed team to ensure the seamless flow of operations.
  • Operate a WAV (Work Assist Vehicle) to move inventory and pick/pack orders.
  • Operate Stand-Up & Cherry Picker forklifts from time to time when other departments need assistance
What We Need From You:
  • Proficient using an RF Scanner
  • Previous experience operating a Sit-Down Forklift
  • Previous experience working in an outbound packaging role is preferred
  • Demonstrable experience with forklift operations, OR be comfortable learning. Must be ok with heights.
  • The ability to stand and move comfortably for an 8-hour shift.
  • Must be comfortable using computers and other related technology
  • A proven track record of moving quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • The strength to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation to our Ashland facility.
