Job Description:

The Alternate Part-time Package Dispatch Supervisor/Package Center Supervisor is a position that has been trained and certified to perform the role of either a PT PDS or a PT PCS to accommodate alternative schedules and increase operational flexibility. This positions is responsible for analyzing and planning their center's daily package dispatch and handles operational service issues (e.g., on-call Air pickups, heavy pick-up accounts, unforeseen events, etc.) He/She analyzes previous dispatch results to maximize service performance, to streamline routes and can coordinate the needs and efforts of the operation to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction is met. This position provides customer service support (e.g, answering messages, concerns, call tags, destination follow ups, etc.) He/She facilitates the smooth execution of operational procedures and management of systems.

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
