Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by washing and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools in accordance with safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Support overall kitchen operations by assisting culinary staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all kitchen and surrounding areas remain clean and orderly, including sweeping, mopping, and routine floor maintenance as directed.
  • Properly organize and store sanitized items to maintain efficient workflow and easy access for kitchen team members.
  • Adhere to all cleanliness, safety, and sanitation protocols to support a safe and efficient culinary environment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations during peak service times with a positive, team-focused attitude.
