Overview
Lead AI-powered transformation for a large, nationally recognized insurance organization. Microsoft's Enterprise Account Team helps customers envision new possibilities, implement secure technology solutions, and achieve measurable business outcomes through Microsoft Azure, AI, data, security, productivity, and business applications.
As a Strategic Account Technology Strategist supporting a strategic insurance customer, you will translate business priorities into a technology strategy and multi-year roadmap. You will bring strong insurance-industry perspective, technical leadership, and consultative selling expertise to help the customer modernize core insurance platforms, responsibly adopt AI, strengthen cybersecurity and resilience, improve customer and agent experiences, and realize measurable value from Microsoft Cloud investments.
You will partner closely with the Enterprise Account Executive and orchestrate Microsoft, partner, and customer stakeholders across technology, business, engineering, sales, and customer success. The ideal candidate combines executive presence, commercial judgment, industry credibility, and the ability to lead complex transformation programs in a highly regulated environment.
Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Own the technical strategy within the account plan, including stakeholder mapping, strategic priorities, transformation themes, and near-, mid-, and long-term roadmaps. Align plans to customer outcomes, cloud adoption, consumption, deployment timelines, and value realization.
AI, Data, Security, and Modernization Demand Generation
Create and progress opportunities involving Azure, Microsoft 365, business applications, AI, data and analytics, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application modernization, and industry-specific solutions. Help customers move from experimentation to responsible, scalable production adoption.
Commercial and Negotiation Leadership
Shape complex, multi-year technology strategies and commercial agreements by connecting business value, implementation sequencing, consumption commitments, adoption plans, risk management, and measurable return on investment.
Cross-Organization Orchestration
Coordinate Microsoft sales, engineering, solution architecture, customer success, support, partner, and industry teams. Ensure the right technical expertise, executive engagement, and delivery capacity are aligned to customer priorities.

Operational Excellence
Track strategic priorities, opportunity progression, adoption, consumption, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Use quantitative and qualitative storytelling to communicate progress and influence decisions.
Culture
Embody Microsoft's values of respect, integrity, and accountability while fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive
