Outside Parts Sales Representative- B2B Heavy Duty Parts Sales

OTE Potential of $70,000-100k+ with uncapped commission

Outside Parts Sales Representative


Hill International Trucks, located in New Philadelphia, OH. is seeking a motivated Outside Parts Sales Representatives capable of growing market share by developing successful, long-term relationships with both prospective accounts and our established, loyal customer base. 


Some essential duties include:

Being a champion of the Hill International culture.

Frequent visits to an assigned book of business.

Prospecting for new customers.

Communicating parts orders and customer needs to the appropriate local partners.

Following up on parts orders to ensure that customers have been served properly.

Turning in any reports, documentation, expenses in a timely manner.

Updating customer records to reflect changes to customers' names, addresses, etc.

Attending training seminars when possible.

Acting as a public relations liaison for the dealership.


QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts is strongly preferred.

At least 2 years of prior B2B experience is preferred.

Ability to close sales with all levels of customers from fleet executives to single owner-operators.

Ability to uncover customer needs and timeline in a consultative manner and match those needs with the features and benefits of a particular product and appropriate service expectations.

Strong attention to detail, especially regarding time management and organization.

Experience managing leads and opportunities within a customer database or CRM system (ACT).

Must be knowledgeable of the local area of responsibility.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products and Windows-based computer systems.

High School Diploma required.

Bachelors degree is preferred.

Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required.

Ability to pass a drug test required.
