What This Role Actually Is This is a dual-hat role - part community builder, part operational leader. You will be responsible for building the center's presence in the local community, running day-to-day operations, and being the primary point of contact for families and staff. This is not an office job.

You will be on the floor, at the front door, and out in the community. A BCBA on the clinical team handles the therapy side - your job is to make sure the center runs well, the community knows you exist, and every family who walks through the door feels seen and supported.
