A certified Minority Woman Business Enterprise with nearly 30 years in the commercial janitorial industry, is seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to help grow our customer base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making connections, enjoys starting conversations, and has a talent for building relationships.
Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective businesses utilizing our sales software platform to introduce and generate interests in our services.
  • Identify decision makers and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Network through industry events, business groups, and online platforms to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow ups in our CRM system.
  • Represent and communicate our value in enhancing facility cleanliness and wellness.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
