Outbound Sales Representative | Avantive Solutions | Tulsa, OK
Something big is launching. We need closers.
Avantive Solutions just landed a new program with a Fortune 100 telecom company and we're building the team that's going to crush it. We're talking client-provided leads, a nationally recognized brand behind you, and zero cap on what you can earn. If you've been grinding in sales and feel like you're not getting what you deserve, this is your moment.

  • $18.00/hour base
  • Uncapped commissions - our top reps are earning $27/hour and beyond
  • No territories or earning limits

Your new schedule looks like this:
  • Monday through Friday
  • A fixed 8-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Weekends off
  • Paid training starts May 26th, so don't wait

Here's what the job actually looks like:
You'll work from a lead list provided by the client. Some calls are outbound sales, some are retention. Your job is to connect, find out what the customer needs, handle their questions, and close. You've done this before. You know how to read a conversation and steer it. We need you to do that here.
You're the right person if:
  • You have outbound sales experience and know how to close, required
  • You have at least 6 months of contact center experience, required
  • You're 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • You can pass a federal background check and drug screen
  • You're ready for a role where your effort actually shows up in your paycheck
