Job description

Our service department is growing, and we are looking for driven, customer focused individuals to join our Business Development Center. This is a high activity role that handles both inbound and outbound communication. You will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone, setting service appointments, and following up to ensure a smooth and consistent experience. What we need is someone who is confident on the phone, stays organized, and knows how to keep conversations moving while still making the customer feel taken care of.
