Batteries Plus is looking for an energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented Outbound Commercial Sales Representative to join our Commercial team. In this role, you'll focus on high-volume outbound calling, turning leads into active accounts, and driving revenue growth across our commercial channels. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by results, this is your chance to help power the growth of a nationally recognized brand.What You'll DoMake outbound calls to targeted organizations and connect with decision-makers.Deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight the value of Batteries Plus products and services.Convert leads into accounts, generating revenue for both corporate and franchise stores.Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.Consistently achieve sales quotas and activity goals, logging all interactions in CRM (Salesforce).Collaborate with sales coaches, store owners, and cross-functional teams for seamless customer transitions.Participate in training, sales meetings, and special projects to sharpen your skills and support growth.What We're Looking ForAssociate degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree).At least 1 year of inside sales, outbound phone sales, or cold-calling experience with proven success.Excellent verbal communication and confident phone presence with a consultative sales style.Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable in a high-pressure sales environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (Salesforce strongly preferred).Coachable, adaptable, and a team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment.Why Batteries PlusJoin a company that powers people's lives every day.
