Job Description:

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for contacting businesses and introducing them to our AI Readiness workshops. You will be the friendly point of contact for our company, and your goal will be to identify and qualify business expansion opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct calls to potential clients and introduce them to our company's services

- Schedule follow up appointments for our sales team

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients

- Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients

- Keep track of all call activities and update the CRM system

- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times

Requirements:
