We are a global trading company, specializing in the supply of essential goods and services to the maritime industry, including ship stores, provisions, and spare parts. We also have a strong presence in the import and export of food and liquor. Our Houston office is a key part of our international network.

Location: Houston, TX

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Houston as Order Processing/Administrative Staff. This role primarily involves creating data from customer orders and generating necessary documentation for the warehouse and deliveries. No prior industry experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. A serious approach to work and passion for the job are the most important attributes.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and process data from customer orders accurately.
  • Print warehouse checklists based on incoming orders.
  • Generate and print delivery slips.
  • Maintain organized records of orders and documentation.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM

Compensation: Starting at $16 - $17 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Japanese is required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Must possess a hands-on approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
