The C.C. Creations story began in 1982 with only two manual screen printing machines in a small shop in Bryan, Texas. More than 40 years later, C.C. Creations has grown into one of the largest custom screen printing and embroidery companies in the nation.

Our national sales office is located in College Station, Texas with an extensive network of account executives situated throughout the nation. In 2005, the company added two more divisions, Trophies & Awards and Signs & Banners. In February of 2006, a 65,000 square foot production facility in Bryan, Texas was acquired to meet the increasing demands of our quickly growing company.

With the support of our faithful customers, we kept growing! In 2023, we opened the doors to our brand new, state-of-the-art production facility, The Legacy Campus. This 210,000 sq. foot facility is home to 27 automatic screen printing machines, and 159 embroidery heads. The addition of the Legacy Campus vastly increased our production capabilities and efficiency, and provides a climate-controlled environment for our valued employees

About the Role:

The Pack Processor plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of packaging materials and products within a manufacturing or distribution environment. This position is responsible for processing, organizing, and preparing packs for shipment or further production stages, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with safety regulations. The Pack Processor collaborates closely with inventory and logistics teams to track pack status and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential to meet daily operational targets. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the smooth flow of goods, supporting overall supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency with inventory management software or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging environment.
  • Familiarity with barcode scanning and labeling equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety standards related to material handling.
  • Basic computer skills including data entry and use of spreadsheets.
  • Certification in forklift operation or other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming packaging materials and product packs according to company standards.
  • Accurately sort, label, and prepare packs for shipment or internal distribution.
  • Maintain detailed records of pack processing activities and update inventory management systems.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate pack movement and resolve any processing issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control procedures during all stages of pack handling.
