Job Description:

The Samples Fulfillment Specialist manages the end-to-end fulfillment process, including delivery processing, accurate picking and packaging, and quality verification of team-picked orders. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment to meet critical shipping deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, stage, and process customer orders with urgency based on priority.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Process orders electronically for company trucks and FedEx.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect material against Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and design standards; verify accuracy and condition of orders picked by team members.
  • Inventory Control: Support cycle count process and maintain accurate records for pick sheets and scrap material.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure all workspaces and supplies are restocked and tidy.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate manual & powered pallet jacks and ladders.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and ethical conduct standards to maintain a culture of compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to meet strict daily deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in execution.
  • Effective multitasking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to communicate progress or concerns clearly with the team.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50-60 lbs.

  • Push/pull up to 100 lbs.

  • Stand for extended periods of time, up to 12-hour shifts with intermittent breaks

  • Frequently bend, walk, climb steps, and move throughout the facility

  • Occasionally climb in and out of equipment for cleaning and maintenance duties

  • Work in non-climate-controlled environments and varying weather conditions

  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises

Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $19.00-$24.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
