Job description

Apply Category: Field Operations The Packer Operator I under direct supervision, operates packer for bagging operations and is knowledgeable of palletizing/shrinkwrapping procedures. Pay Rate: Up to $24.50/hour, depending on experience. Assignment Length: 2-year contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors

Responsibilities: Loads trucks for shipment. Adheres to HSE guidelines and observes all safety rules and procedures. Operates bag packer, pallet table, or related equpiment.

Assures proper bag codes and markings are used. Perform tasks in a way that indirectly supports cost containment, efficiency, profitability, and overall operations. Continuously seek ways to enhance operational effectiveness through diligent task execution.

Ensure that any errors are easily measurable and can be effectively confined. Implement strategies to minimize the impact of errors on the organization. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required.
