Cleanroom Packer Responsibilities:

- Monitor production quality in accordance with detailed specifications as required by customerย  - Use counter to verify correct bag quantity - Ensure materials listed on work orders are present during productionย  - Record hour by hour production in a timely and accurate mannerย  - Ensure all materials listed on work orders are present and available during production - Operate bag-making machines to complete customer orders according to detailed specifications - Use RF scanners for inventory traceability - Set up machines based on work order specifications including any special instructions - Ensure quality of bags meets customer expectations by monitoring seal integrity, bag dimensions, print quality, and checking for foreign materials - Maintain material integrity through proper web handling techniques and tension control - Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as tape collaring and wrinkling - Change master rolls as needed - Prepare, package, and label products in cartons as applicableย  - Follows all applicable gowning specifications for ISO cleanroom compliance
