What are some common challenges order packers face during peak seasons, and how can they manage workload efficiently?

During peak seasons, such as holidays or major sales events, order packers often experience a significant increase in order volume, leading to fast-paced and physically demanding shifts. Utilizing organizational tools, staying focused, and taking scheduled breaks can help order packers maintain productivity and accuracy while minimizing fatigue.
