Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated DIRECT HIRE Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work as a Machine Operator, act as a skilled assembler, and serve as your own quality inspector to ensure high product standards. You will perform hands on production tasks such as deburring, assembly, bending, and forming, while conducting basic inspections. On-the-job training is provided, will train! Prior manufacturing production experience or food service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Fabrication & Finishing: Perform deburring, marking, assembly, bending, machine operating, and forming operations. Operate equipment effectively as a Machine Operator.

  • Documentation: Accurately complete required paperwork regarding part counts, scrap tracking, and labor time in accordance with company policy.
Skills & QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Background: Prior background as an assembler, order packer, or quality inspector is helpful. Manufacturing production knowledge or food service experience is a plus.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, dependable, and able to stay on task during required work hours.
  • Instructional Reading: Ability to read and work from work order instructions and documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Enthusiasm to learn about and participate in Kaizen methodologies and single-piece flow.
