Location: Southington, CT
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Position Type: Temporary-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as Weekend Auto Packers. This position is responsible for operating automated packaging equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring finished medical products are packaged accurately and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to producing high-quality work while following established procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Operate automated packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and verify they meet company standards.
  • Package products according to work instructions and production specifications.
  • Monitor equipment during operation and notify the team lead of any quality or machine concerns.
  • Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Experience operating automated production or packaging equipment is a plus.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
